NB Ajax's main priority is to instill in our players a life-long love of the game of soccer. We do this by promoting the highest degree of individual technical expertise for each player and utilizing that talent to make each team successful.

Ajax is a close knit  family organization whose primary mission is to provide an environment where players can learn to play soccer in a fashion that pushes to maximize a player's potential while supporting their teammates during the process.  Our focus is on player development, not necessarily on game results.  We understand winning is fun, but at the end of the day, the game score isn't a measure of success.  At Ajax we measure success more by how well players have developed & how the players are achieving their personal goals.

Ajax has a staff of 3 Directors & 9 staff coaches.  Ajax also has a Board of Directors & is a volunteer driven organization with expectations of all families who join our soccer family.  In order to support the continued success of our club, the success of our players & parents, we are dependent upon the commitment of all of our soccer families when it comes to fundraising, field days, & other volunteer efforts.  It all goes back to the children - which is as it should be.
